DAVID GROSSMAN’S OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AT US NATIONALS IN NEW ORLEANS
After qualifying to the Xfinity US Championships in July at the Air Force Academy, David Grossman continued to shine, hitting all 12 of his routines and finishing 16th in the all-around! Also, the Gophers start to prepare their new gym, Foundation Gymnastics, for the upcoming season.
MINNESOTA MEN’S GYMNASTICS IS HAVING A BUSY SUMMER
David Grossman showed up in Colorado Springs, placing 4th in the All Around and punching his ticket to New Orleans for US National Championships, and the Gophers have signed a lease for their new gym as the team gets ready to move into a permanent training facility for next season.
MINNESOTA MEN’S GYMNASTICS FINISHES THE SEASON WITH A 2nd PLACE FINISH AT GymACT NATIONALS
The Golden Gophers scored their fourth straight score over 300 in Salt Lake City, but they couldn’t hold off the Sun Devils from grabbing the title back. Minnesota did not come back empty handed, as 9 Gophers had All-American finishes in route to a team runner-up finish at GymACT Nationals.
MINNESOTA MEN’S GYMNASTICS WINS THEIR 4TH STRAIGHT EASTERN CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP
Minnesota continues to score above 300 as the Gophers win their 4th consecutive Eastern Conference Championship, taking 6 of the 7 individual titles. Minnesota Men’s Gymnastics looks to repeat as champions at nationals in Salt Lake City, Utah in two weeks.
MINNESOTA MEN’S GYMNASTICS EMBARKS ON EASTERN CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS, LOOKING TO MAKE IT FOUR STRAIGHT TITLES
The Gophers were well represented at the GymACT All-Star Meet held in Pittsburgh, taking seven top three finishes and two event titles. Next up is the Easten Conference Championships in Fort Lauderdale Florida, where Minnesota will aim to make it four conference championships in a row.
MINNESOTA MEN’S GYMNASTICS MAKES IT TWO UNDEFEATED SEASONS IN A ROW AT THE 2025 NIU INVITATIONAL
Minnesota headed down to the DuPage County Fairgrounds in a preview of the battle for the national championship battle later this season against ASU and posted a season-high score of 306.50, making the Gophers’ record 31-0 over the last two seasons.
MINNESOTA GYMNASTICS GOES TO 13-0 ON THE SEASON AT THE 21st ANNUAL MIGS PROGRAM INVITATIONAL
In their final home meet of the season, the Gophers s posted their highest score of the season against the Iowa Hawkeyes, putting up a 303.30, and look to continue their trajectory as they travel to the NIU Invitational next week to face the number one ranked Arizona State Sun Devlis.
MINNESOTA KEEPS THE STREAK ALIVE AT THE 9TH ANNUAL MINNESOTA GymACT INVITATIONAL WITH VICTORIES OVER IOWA & NIU
Despite having a slow start on Vault, Minnesota Men’s Gymnastics found their stride on the other 5 events to take the victory against the Hawkeyes and the Huskies. The team looks to ride this momentum into their next two meets, the MIGS Program and NIU Invitationals.
MINNESOTA MEN’S GYMNASTICS EXTENDS ITS WIN STREAK TO 24 - 0 WITH VICTORIES IN THE EARLY SEGMENT OF THE SEASON
The Gophers continue to prove why they were ranked number 1 in the preseason poll through their wins at the Windy City Invite, KC Co-Ed Classic, and John Rothlisberger-Iceberg Invitational and taking home 21 individual event titles through the first 4 competitions.

MINNESOTA MEN’S GYMNASTICS OPENS THE SEASON WITH A STRONG PERFORMANCE
Minnesota Men’s Gymnastics kicked off the 2025 season with a dominant performance at the Emerge Academy Invite in West Des Moines, Iowa, on January 11, securing first place with a team score of 298.00.

After gaining Campus Life Program status on August 1, the Minnesota Men’s Gymnastics team can now publicly represent the U of M. Student-athlete leaders take on key administrative roles, and the community rallies to support the team despite the challenge of finding a new practice facility.
