About Me: Hi, I’m Caleb Gurman! My favorite events are vault, floor, and rings. I’m proud to be the 2024 national champion on vault and 3rd place on floor. I’ve been in gymnastics for many years, constantly pushing myself to achieve new goals, including my event highs: 13.3 on floor, 11.7 on pommel horse, 12.9 on rings, 14.9 on vault, 12.8 on parallel bars, and 12.2 on high bar. I chose the University of Minnesota and its GymACT team because of the amazing team environment, amazing coaching staff, and the opportunity to balance my gymnastics career with academics as a biology major in the honors college. Outside of gymnastics, I play piano and guitar, enjoy hiking and biking, and love everything active.
